Why don’t you have a direct customer service line?

you gave us the worst service on April 25, 2010. from Palawan to Manila. why haven’t you contacted us to make amends and compensation for our troubles and inconveniences and unsatisfactory service and reliability and imposition and uncomfortability in the airport, for the entire day and night and no providing dinner and drinks and appropriate and immediate explanations on delays and change of schedule. our plane was delayed over and over 5 hours. and we sat at the airport and waited for 7.5 hours to leave on a flight that takes only less than an hour to travel to and from Puerta \princessa to Manila Airport! we have made several complaints and requests to hear feedback and be heard and receive justifiable compensation for all the distress and inadequate and unsatisfactory service and customer service in this matter! please call to provide us reasons and intentions to continue business and try using your service further in the future for any flights. sincerely, and disgruntled customers, susan, ben, ana, and michael A.

My maid flew Zest Air from Puerto Princesa to Manila on April 28, 2010. My mother-in-law sent seafood and meat products worth PHP6,000 through my maid for me. Guess what? Zest Air forgot to load that (along with other 7 passengers’ similar cargoes). In Manila, Zest Air made my maid wait until 11 PM (she arrived at 7 PM) for the cargo, but it was never released. The cargo was delivered to me the following evening by the Duty Manager named Atlas Ablac. Of course, everything was spoiled. Mr Ablac had me fill out a complaint form and he was apologetic for the whole incident. He told me to email my formal complaint, complete with a form number to the Customer Relations Manager, Ms. Jocelyn Trinidad. Until now I have not received a reply nor an acknowledgment if my email was received. I have emailed three times already. Zest Air is my last choice ever.
